- You do not need a team or a finished idea before arriving.

What is a hackathon?
A hackathon is a collaborative invention marathon. You will spend the event learning, building, meeting people, and turning an idea into something you can demonstrate.
Do I need coding experience?
No. SpartaHack welcomes first-time hackers, designers, builders, storytellers, and experienced developers. Workshops and mentors will help you get started.
Do I need a team?
No. You may arrive with teammates or meet collaborators through event matchmaking. Final team-size rules will be posted before project submissions open.
How much does it cost?
SpartaHack is free for accepted participants. Event-specific travel assistance and reimbursement details are still being finalized.
When do applications open?
The application date has not been announced yet. Join the update list or follow SpartaHack for the opening announcement.
